Zone 5 is led by Director Sam Williams — a licensed builder and construction professional with approximately 20 years of experience across the full spectrum of the industry. Sam's career began on the tools, progressing through site supervision and construction management before moving into senior client-side project management roles on some of South Australia's most significant commercial and residential developments.
That progression matters. Having physically built, managed sites and then delivered projects at scale means Sam understands construction from the ground up — not just from behind a desk. Clients benefit from advice that is grounded in real experience: practical, direct and focused on outcomes rather than process.
