Zone 5 is led by Director Sam Williams, a construction professional with approximately 20 years of industry experience spanning trade-based construction, site management, project management, development management, building inspections and client-side construction advisory.
Sam's career has progressed from hands-on trade work through to senior client-side project management roles on some of South Australia's most significant developments — including the SKYCITY Adelaide expansion, the Australian Bragg Centre and the Oaklands Green residential development.
Holding both a residential and commercial builder's licence, Sam can act as project manager, client-side advisor or licensed builder and contractor — giving Zone 5 a rare flexibility to structure engagements in the way that best serves each client.

Zone 5 is deliberately hands-on and personal. Sam remains directly involved throughout each engagement, providing clients with a single point of contact from initial discussions through to delivery.
Whether on site, coordinating consultants and contractors, reviewing documentation or resolving issues, the focus is always on practical advice, clear communication and getting the right outcome for the project.
